When Ayame presented the Majinki to Satan on the night of the Red Moon, she was transformed by a kiss into a being of pure evil.

Kouma Ayame is in part a corruption of the original Ayame but appears to be her own entity as well; Satan refers to her as the strongest Kouma and says that she has been revived. Ayame also makes a point of saying that the Ayame that Oogami knew is dead. So she would appear to be a demon who has possed Ayame the same way Yamazaki is possed by Satan. Kouma Ayame is sulty, seductive. She also finds humor in the discomfort of others. Chou dislikes Ayame extremely and sees her as a rival for Satan's affections. Ayame is extremely cruel and extremely loyal to Satan.

Ayame's final fate varies depending on the actions of the player. Either she is killed by Oogami or if she is spared enough of her original human nature shines through and she uses herself to sheild Oogami against Satan's attack.
